AN ultra simple Java app develpoment studio?

I have no experience programming java, and wondered if there is any simple "drag and drop" style programmes out there that will allow me to simply construct a cross platform widget style app - perhaps through dragable components with definable properties etc?

I want to create a very simple app that displays product price and availability info pulled from a file on a web server.
