the profile on OSX 10.4 keeps crashing
the computer will freeze andthen put a black box in the middle of the screen explaining how to reboot the computer..
when the computer comes backup and I try to log into the profile
all I get is a blank screen with the Spot light symbol in the upper right hand part of the screen
I then need to reboot and log in as administrator
the system then tries to send an email to apple
it's a long email but the opening error is
Panic (CPU caller 0x000A3DE80):time out on attempt to acquire lock
can any one help
