recently i had to restart - and when i did, osx on my MBP had forgotten the system date & time - which i had to reset from 2002 to 2010 etc.

now just tonight the net was going slow, so i rebooted the router which sorted it for 0.5 of an hour. then firefox & sfari couldn't connnect to the net because it couldnt find the router - then when it did, it couldnt remember the WEP password - as if i was connecting to it for the first time.

during all this time my dell laptop & ipod touch were able to connect no problem. (though they experienced massive signal dropout - im only 2 mtrs away from the antenna)

system: MBP 2.8GHz old new one lol (black keys, C2D CPU)
isp: AOL/TalkTalk
Router/Modem: Netgear DG834G wireless adsl firewall router
