continuous play of music from ipod to computer

Hey guys, lookin to see if anyone has an idea if there is software for this or if it is even possible...

i have a current gen imac, airport extreme and ipod touch all running the latest software

i listen to my ipod on the way home from work. when i walk in i usually go to my computer and play the song that i was just listening to, and fast forward to where i left off. im looking to see if there is an app that, using my wifi network, will automatically play the song on my computer, that im listening to on my ipod, right where i left off

any ideas?
