Installation Issues!

I've been trying to sort out this problem all day and am about to do this...

YouTube - ballistic bob fixing computer

I have a mac mini Version 10.3.7, G4 processor, 256MB DDR SDRAM.

I'm trying to install Snow Leopard from the install DVD. I click on the Icon that says Install MAC OS X and the icon appears for a second in the dock, bounces then disappears. Nothing!

This also happens with software for mobile broadband. I can seem to install anything. I have 30gb of memory so it can't be that.

Any ideas, help out there?

Are you sure you want to run SL on that Mini? I mean it does require an Intel processor and 1Gb of RAM ... you have neither. Sorry.
