iphone4 stuck on apple screen :(

2010 13" MBP - 32GB iPhone4 (almost)
Went to the gym... Came back and it's on the apple screen. I get no response from restarting (holding the top button and center button for a few seconds till it restarts) and nothing when connecting to my computer to see if i can get itunes to restore. It doesn't do anything except sit on the apple screen and do nothing. HELP!!!

ok, i figured out "restore mode" i restored it. Please lock mods. Thnks anyways peeps ;)
