Do an Archive-and-Install. Everything will still be there. You do have backups just in case right?

yea all the important stuff is, im just worried about these torrents because they are pretty big files (4.5gb 5.8gb and 8.2gb) and itll take me a long long time to get as far i have.

the archive install, moves all the files from 10.3 to a new folder correct?

Yes, the Panther installation will be put into a folder called "Previous System Folder." No other folders will be touched by the Tiger installer.
