Check out Instapaper. You can save web pages and read later, even if offline.

This. Although I believe there are a bunch of other apps that let you view web pages offline.

There are few apps out there indeed, though instapaper is the most popular $5. Also a couple of the RSS readers let you view the articles offline as well. Take a stroll through the app store you'll find a lot of goodies.
