problem with opening unrarx

I go to google.com and type in unrarx and click on the first link, i click in the circle where it says click to download and a page opens its all grey notting shows but its loading and notting comes up, this happens to everything i download. this is what it looks like...

Please help me!

Just click the booklet icon.

Try verifying your permissions in disk utility.

the same grey screen comes up in those websites and i did verify the disk like 3 times its still doesnt work and any type of extracter i try downloading the grey screen comes up. its like my computer is blocking all of the things u can extract with........ Please Help Me!

Yes, that's fine, unless you get a password protected rar, then it doesn't work.
Also, that doesn't solve the issue.
To the OP. Have you tried using a different web browser to grab it?

In the meantime, you could always right click the link and select "Download Linked File."

Have you tried resetting Safari? Does this only occur when trying to download unrarx?

That's not a fix though (more of a workaround). Did you reset Safari as I previously suggested?
