On my Intel iMac, I am trying to use my built in iSight as a webcam on iChat. The video from my cam is freezing and sometimes turning green, but in photobooth it works fine. I plugged in my external iSight camera and its going the same thing. Any suggestions?

Boot from your original Install disk and run Disk Utility > First Aid > Verify Disk. I suspect a hardware (video card) problem, since both cameras malfunction. Disk Utility may be able to fix the problem. Keep us posted.

Well, when I did that...it came up with a bunch of repairs it had to do. For the heck of it, I ran "Repair Disk Permissions" again and it seem to have to repair the same ones over again. Taking the same amount of time like the first time I did it. I think I might have to redo the computer....

For Permissions, use OnyX, it does a better job than Disk Utility. Run maintenance scripts as well. Titanium's Software • Download.

If there's still a problem, a reformat of the hard drive might be necessary, but consider Archive & Install, that way you keep all the other non-OS stuff intact.
