Adding a link to a webpage to my dock with a custom icon?

Hello there everyone. This is actually my first post here and I haven't even had my Macbook Pro for even a month yet, so sorry if this sounds dumb or anything.

Anyways,
What I am trying to do is add a custom icon to the webpage instead of the @ spring.

I currently have an Apple Script in there with the custom icon that will lead to the page when activated. However, the box comes up and I have to run the script. If you guys know how I can have it automatically open the website when I click the icon that would work too.
