Macbook Pro Hard Drive mounting screws / bolts

My MBP (A1211 model) is missing some hard drive mounting screws (the nub things that screw into the side of the SATA drive and protrude into mount points in the MBP chassis).

I was awestruck to discover that these four little screws are nowhere to be found on ebay and fetch a whopping $38 shipped new from ifixit and other retailers. (nearly $40 for four tiny screws ?!?)

I would like to know if anyone has found a more reasonable alternative - either a more reasonable source for the parts or a DIY type alternative?
