Airport Extreme Wireless Card firmware

Is there a firmware update for the actually airport cards in the new powerbooks? I see the verison is Wireless Card Firmware Version: 3.5f1 (3.50.37.p6). The update on the apple site seems to be for the base stations. Just wondering cause my connection drops for seemly no reason, goes from full to zero in a second, without moving.
