- Your Mac's Specs
- 13" MacBook Pro i5 / 4GB / 250GB
I will preface by saying I have only owned a mac for about 3 weeks now.
Here is my G4 DA specs:
PPC 733Mhz 256k/1MB
1024MB ram
60GB WD hdd 8MB cache
ATI Radeon 32MB AGP
Belkin USB2.0 PCI
zip 250
DVD-R/-RW
PNY 8GB attache (connected internally to the belkin)
I have Retail 10.4.6 DVD, and OS9.0.6 CDs
OS9.2.2 is installed on the PNY, but I cant get it to boot to it via "startup disk," it will only boot to 10.4.11. If I pull the WD, it boots to 9.2.2 just fine.
When I installed 10.4, i did not do the OS9 thingy, so I am aware I may need to reinstall 10.4.
I have Sim City 3000, but the instructions say it is only compatable with OS9, or via classic mode.
If I try to hook up another IDE drive as a slave, I get the blinking mac/question mark thing.
Does anyone have a link to a step-by-step guide to getting classic mode up and running?
