how to view .MOV on my website

Hello,
I have my personal website and some video tracks in .MOV.
What I need it's to embed these videos to my site. There is a problem with Safari- it's not supported any flash players((
Then I tried to use this code in html:

It works but starts to play only after totally loading to my cache. I need a streaming video.

So if someone knows how to load this video through the Flash players, tell me how??

Safari does support the flash plugin, just not on the iphone or ipad. But lets stick to mov files.

If you have snow lepoard - Quicktime has a save for web function that will produce a streaming mov file.

If not then MPEG streamclip can make a streaming version of the movie (use export to other formats - then choose Quictime)
