How do I move Logic and all instruments/plugins to new mac?

I use Logic Pro on my iMac currently. I want to install Logic and all Jampacks, instruments, ect. on my new mac book pro. How can i do this without having to reinstall using every disc? I have firewire to firewire connection available and the use of an external hard drive as well.

I was able to just drag the logic application to the new mac book pro, entered the serial and that was it. but how do i bring everything with it? where are the other files/presets/instruments/plugins that i need?
