Mac Pro Diagnostic LEDs

Does anyone have a list of diagnostic LED descriptions for an early Mac Pro?
I have one with the OT A and the OT B lights on. The fans run full speed until I unplug and replug the power cord. Then it works fine for a while. Searched Google for hours and found nothing; like the LEDs are a forbidden subject.

Please help.

In the 3rd link go to page 154-159...it has a REALLY in depth explanation of the diagnostic LED's & codes.

FYI..I searched with Google for about 30 seconds (not "hours & hours")!;)

Thanks Pigoo! I found the first two in my searches. The third one is what I needed. Somehow I just didn't find it. I'm usually pretty good using The Google. :)
