Tramb01 sur nos forums vient de commander un Mac mini. Il a été ensuite voir le statut de sa commande et a été surpris d'y lire:

J'ai une commande en cours sur l'Apple Store.
MACMINI 1.42GHZ/512/80G/CMD/F
Est. Build On or before 11/07/2005
Replaced with new product

HERE IS ORIGINAL POSTE IN FRENCH! Basically the guy ordered a Macmini from the apple store online, and then got an e-mail saying that his selected product is upgraded. No news yet on the upgrade!

At a guess I'd say they are about to raise the RAM in the base model to 512Mb.

you can now buy (and i just did), from the mac stores a 1.42 mini with 512 megs, the airpoint/bluetooth card, and superdrive.

Yeah, I bought that mini configuration at the Apple store over 2 months ago. It's called the Ultimate Package or something like that, but nothing new or upgraded. Just a deal for people who want all the fixins without having to order online and wait.
