iPod Problems

Sometimes when I am putting music on my iPod it just freezes up and I have to reset it. Is this a normal problem or should I go to Best Buy and get my money back?

Edit: I am using WinXP home edition if that matters

Macbook, iMac G5, iPad, iPhone 4, iPod (MANY)!
Try downloading the iPod Updater and click on the "Restore" button to erase the iPod. This will make your iPod run good as new. If these freezes continue, then definitely take it back to Best Buy.
