Remote access into Intel Mac

Is it possible to set up remote access into an Intel Mac via web? If so, what is necessary?

That seems to be for connecting two Macs. In my case, I would be remotely connecting to a Mac, from a PC.

Take a closer look at the TeamViewer brochure (Page 7, Item 7, Page 8).
