17-inch OS X DVDs for a 15-inch MBP?

I lost my OS X DVDs for my 15-inch MacBook Pro. A friend loaned me his, but his say "17-inch MacBook Pro Mac OS X Install DVD" on them. Is it ok to use these DVDs on my 15-inch MacBook Pro?

They won't work.

You can contact Apple for replacement discs. I believe it will cost about $40.

What about the Snow Leopard disc? It doesn't show any screen size specifications.

Yep just buy the retail Snow Leopard install DVD's and they will work fine :)
