iOS 4 Volume Reduction?

It seems to me, since I upgraded to 4.0 on my Touch that the top volume is less when listening to music.

I listen to my touch while running on the treadmill at the gym and it seems I can't "pump it up" like I could a few months ago.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I have an IPhone 3G(s) And i don't see any problem with my speakers.

Update and my Ipod

My issue is that now (on my 16gb ipod touch 2nd gen), Where I had about 7gb spare 6.88gb is now filled with "other" . Will a reset sort this out?:Confused:
