Q&A: adding and resizing logo to 'Mail 4.3' signature

Hi there, I am trying to add/ add url link/ and most importantly resize a logo within my Mail 4.3 signature but cannot. Does anyone have an answer to this simple request?

Running Snow Leopard.

That will be a bit hard to do, I did this once by following this article.
But I have no idea if it still works as it was some time ago that I did it.
