Tiger Mail 2 Notification

Does anyone know of any extensions or plugins that will alert me when I have new mail? I am using Apple Tiger Mail. I have my dock on autohide, so I dont see new email unless I make my dock visible my rolling over it. It would be nice if there was a popup notification like MSN messenger, or if it put it somewhere up by the clock in the right hand corner.

Anyone know of anything for this version of mail?

No Sorry I do not know of anything that will allow you to do that, have you checked versiontracker?

I know in panther there is a sound alert when new mail comes in. I assume that it is still there in tiger. In panther: preferences -> general -> new mail sound drop down menu.
