Hey guys, I have a cell phone video on my mac that I would like to make clearer. Is there a program (or can I use imovie) to overall improve the quality of this video clip?

It's a cell phone video. I don't think there's a whole lot that can be done.

IMovie 09 has some basic sharpening/colour correction/enhancing tools that may marginally improve things. You'll need to convert it to a format that iMovie understands of course.
