Well seems simple enough, but does anyone know if there's a way to boot Ubuntu from a CD when the computer you're booting on doesn't have an operating system installed on the hard drive? I'm in the process of installing Tiger on it, but since my old PowerMac doesn't have a DVD drive, I have to wait for the FireWire cable that I bought online. Just curious to see if anyone has ever tried this.
