If the title isn't self explainatory....I am looking for some good portable speakers. I don't want to pay too much, less than 100. Any suggestions?

Get some JBL OnTour speakers. Very portable. I believe they are normally 100 $. But I'm sure you can get one on a site for less like Amazon or eBay.
