Mac Mini - Help

I am using a Mini for a specific purpose, for most work I use a Windows PC.

I am finding the Mini Help screen useless, the assumption seems to be that all anyone wants to do is download music.

I am looking for the Disk Utility which I assume should be in the Utilities folder
but I cannot find it.

I want to change my keyboard from US English to English English but the keyboard and mouse utility only seems to be for changing stroke speeds.

Coul someone please enlighten me on these points.
Thanks, Ian

Disk Utility is located in Applications -> Utilities...If you have Tiger easiest thing to do is use spotlight and search for it

For the Keyboard you want to go in System Preferences to International on the top row of buttons (Again if you have tiger easiest is to search for keyboard language and it will highlight the area you want)
