I am using a multifunction device Xerox 7345. I print using accounting and a prompt pop-up setting which allows me to insert my ID credentials into every job I print.
This has always worked fine on 10.5 and 10.6 32bit. But after I got 64bit this stopped working.
Previously I was not able to even use accounting, but this has been solved by running the application in 32bit more. But now even in that mode I am not able to get the prompt accounting pop-up. Looks like the plugin is unable to run and ignores this command.
I know the best is to wait for the brand advise. But I would like to know if anyone has faced similar problem and how they overcome it.
