Why won't this app go away?

Your Mac's Specs
13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
I download something called Little Snitch then decided I didn't want it. I trashed the app icon and everything named after it in Spotlight. However, it won't go away and constantly pops up asking me to allow commands. What can I do?

Download the installer again - it will give you an option to uninstall.
