To find the cost of an Apple product in a particular country, go to apple-dot-(the two letter abbreviation of that country). So, for example, to see the price of an iPad in Paris, go to apple.fr (which actually resolves to Apple.com/fr but nevermind).
The price is 499/599/699 Euros for the Wifi models, and 599/699/799 Euros for the 3G models.

You canot buy iPad from SriLanka , or you can buy from Ebay. iPad no Officialy in SriLanka,

You can't buy iPad/iPhone in Srilanka through a reseller because they have no allocations for those products in Srilanka, but you can buy from singapore, and other countries, but NOT from Srilanka.
In my perspective i think DMS is the best in handling in Srilanka because they are the oldest and Most experienced
