Remember my password in my keychain

We had some issues when logging into my company portal website on a Mac.

They have written instructions to successfully log in with a Mac.

I've followed them but I'm still not successful and the company can not help me since there is no official mac support...

I suspect the problem is the following. The instructions say to tick the box next to the "Remember my password in my Keychain" box. The box is however not there!

I've taken a screenshot from my system and a screenshot from the instruction page...

Anybody an idea why I not have a box like in the instructions?

I've cleared my keychain and have uninstalled 1pasword... doesn't help

What version of OS X are you running on the machine that needs to log in?
