On xbox.ign.com and xbox360.ign.com sites, problems when viewing 640x480 videos

Specifically on xbox.ign.com and xbox360.ign.com sites, when I want to "view" a 640x480 video, quicktime doesn't start. On the other sites, it works perfectly all the time. No problem with the 320x240 version. This is quite strange. Anybody has experienced this before. I think it is related with Quicktime 7.

is it that size of video, or is it that site? If its that site it could be a problem that the file is not there. This is not an uncommon mistake on the internet, the only uncommon thing is not fixing it quickly.
