Tabs in Safari?

I've recently discovered that I can only have a certain number of tabs in Safari at once before they start getting grouped together, requiring a drop-down menu to view the others. How can I change this? In Firefox, you can have countless tabs and can scroll through them all.

Cheers!

I don't have an answer to your question, but I am curious. Exactly how many open tabs does one need in a web browser and why?

I am kind of wondering the same thing as J.Fo as I opened maybe 15 and they got smaller like the dock does when you add more apps but all were still there on the Tab Bar.

In Safari, you can have countless tabs as well -- it doesn't "group them together," it makes a clickable "continued" button that lists the off-screen tabs when you reach the physical end of the tab bar.

But basically your question is "why isn't Safari Firefox?" Because it isn't.
