iPhone ringtones won't load

I recently downloaded a program to create iPhone ringtone files. M4rs. It creates the file and it shows up in iTunes as a ringtone but when I sync my iphone and try and use those ring tones they don't show up. They aren't on my phone.

Anybody know what's happening?
