Keynote on Ipad

Hi,

Does anyone know how to add footers on Keynote presentations on the Ipad. The help file says you click on tools and select tools and then Document Setup but my tools section doesnt show Doc Setup just Find, Go to help, Guides, Slide Numbers and check spelling.
