- MacBook Pro 5.1, 2.66 gHz, 4gb ddr3, 9600m gt/9400m
So I am currently looking at buying a dual bay e-sata enclosure and a couple 2tb hard drives to use with my macbook pro and pc for editing and other media projects. I plan on setting the drives up so that they are mirrored and I want to be able to use them seamlessly between my pc (which is running windows 7 ultimate 64bit) and my macbook pro (running OSX 10.5.8). I plan on buying a sata express card for the macbook and I already have a sata card in my tower. I currently have the same setup but with 2 1tb drives in a usb raid enclosure. I raided it using OSX and now I cant read it on windows even with mac drive and mac drive stripped. So what I really need to know is how can I avoid this on the new setup I want to do and maybe even fix it with my current setup?
