Download Logger Needed

Hi,

I am looking to revise my plan with my ISP and I want to record what I download and when ,to get an idea of what level of plan I need.

As Im in Australia we dont have many unlimited plans and Im trying to not get a big plan I wont use.

does anyone know a good application that will track everything that is downloaded and provide good reporting. I dont care about page downloads just big things like video podcasts etc.

There's a series of apps/widgets named iStat that are held in pretty high regard. I suggest trying one of them out. There are 3 variations, 2 of which are free.
