Welcome to Mac Forums
Did calibrate your battery when you got it?
You should calibrate the new battery 2-3 times when you get it, and then every 2-3 months or so after that.

This will at least be a first step, and if no improvement over the next week or so, then get it checked by apple.
Anyway....
Calibrating
-Plug into AC power, charge battery until fully charged and leave plugged in once the light is green for at least 2hrs.
-unplug, let battery fully drain until the computer shuts down and leave off and fully drained for at least 5hrs.
(Adjust the Macbook settings to never go to sleep while doing this. Unplug the MB late afternoon, and then let it drain and shut down during the evening and overnight, and by the morning, it is ready to be plugged in again)
Repeat this procedure 2-3 times in a row, and then once every 2-3 months.
If you see no improvements over the next week or two, I would take it into Apple to have it tested.

When I wrote "Unplug the MB late afternoon, and then let it drain and shut down during the evening and overnight, and by the morning, it is ready to be plugged in again" what I meant is, that if you unplug it at say 5pm, the computer will shut down between 12-3am (depending on usage while it is running on battery), and be ready to be plugged in by the time you wake up, or before you have to leave for work.

Also, DO NOT leave the Macbook plugged in all the time. USE your battery.

You can use it plugged in all the time, you just need to unplug it every now and then just to let the juices flow.
I've been using Macs for many years this way, and have always had exceptional battery life.
