Blank white Macbook screen :@

Hello i'm looking for help with a frustrating problem

I have a 13.3" macbook and the backlight in the screen had broke so i replaced the screen. Now the screen lights up but only produces a blank white lit up screen. When i plug in an external monitor, everything is fine and working on that screen but not the macbooks. Before i replaced the screen when i held the macbook under a good light i could see that it was producing image on the screen. I have also replaced the inverter. everything seems to be hooked in properly but im stuck.

any suggestions?
