The bottom two rows on my macbook keyboard are linked while typing. (a-l is paired with z-m) Ex. When I type A the output is AZ. These rows are diagonally linked. Im typing this question from a desktop considering typing on my mac is terribly annoying now.

Anybody have any idea what is going on?

I spilled a very tiny amount of contact solution on the right corner of the keyboard earlier in the day but the laptop was working fine after that. This typing problem just started randomly hours later.

Thanks for any help

After reviewing the sticky thread it seems as though replacing the Top cover is an option. Does anyone think this would remedy the problem?
