I did this on my website to hide the stupid Microsoft folder in My Documents following these instructions using the developer tool.
Guide: Hide “Microsoft User Data” Folder in OS X | Tech Jawa
I typed this command into the terminal after after using the Developers Tool install on CD. /Developer/Tools/./SetFile -a V "/Users/YOUR_USERNAME/Documents/Microsoft User Data"
It is all hidden now, but how do I undo if I ever want to?
ps. this is great find i was also able to hide, the Adobe Collection folder too!
