Windows messenger for mac

Can anyone suggest how I stop my windows messenger personal contacts keep requested me to allow each individual contact to email me. When i usually start up windows messenger for mac all my contacts are already there. I keep getting a pop up box for each contact now every time I go into messenger. I have tried re-boot and also re-setting privacy settings....but still the problem persists.....can anyone please help?

Guys my hotmail account enters normaly the messenger in windows but in my mac it blocks all my contacts and shows me friend requests from everyone everytime i open it...and if i add them nothing happens I can't unblock them!! any clues???
