Old Mac w/SCSI HDD, Need adapter to IDE or SATA or USB

I have an friend that has an old Mac desktop that has a SCSI HDD and the motherboard is fried on it, but need to get the data off, anybody know of an adapter that either convert to IDE or SATA or USB, can either be internal or external, just need to get the data off.

Most likely its a SCSI 2 or has 50 pins male. 3.5 inch drive. You need a SCSI to USB adapter.
