Im getting a new powerbook soon, a brand new one. I have a few questions about games...

If i run virtual PC and Play counter Strike Source, will it be able to run it at a bearable speed. Right now i run on my 2.26ghz 512mb Ram HP Pavilion and it seems alright, will it be able to match up or will virtual pc make it to slow?

I think itll be too slow, because your computer has to emulate windows and run the windows os and run the game. Ive never used virtual pc so I dont know for sure, but I dont think itll work. Im sure somebody else will be able to tell you for sure though, so dont take my word for it.

The best solution is to keep your PC to play counter strike source.

i have a 1.67 with the 128mb card and i installed VPC and it still runs as slow as it did on my 1.42ghz mini. VPC isnt worth the money. if you can play games on them it will lag so bad. just using the internet in VPC is like having 14.4k wireless connection.
