Hi all,

im trying to learn how to make the most out of the terminal.
I have sussed out pings, tracerts, netstats and how to send mail using telnet. Are there any other usefuls ones maybe telnet/pop3 commands that anyone could shed any light on.

many thanks

It's just Unix so perhaps a book on Unix from the library would be useful.

How bout this book? I've used this book...and it's helped me out a few times...I think it's fairly well written.
