I recently knackered my macbook by throwing water all over it.
to cut a long story short I have a new Imac.
Had to go to the apple store to get a quote for insurance, the guy said my logic board is dead but that my hard drive would probs be ok. he showed me a caddy that was £60 but said cheaper ones are available on the net.
I'm a little lost, I've had a look on ebay and I'm not sure which one to go for.
some start at just a fiver! would one of these work for me? all i want to do is get all my work off the hard drive, not much else, I'm not bothered about speed.
mac enclosure items - Get great deals on Computing items on eBay UK!
my macbook is/was
os version 10.4x
macbook 13 inch late 2006
MB 13/2.0 CTO: With following configurations:
Processor 2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory 1GB 667 DDR2 SDRAM-2x512
Hard Drive 120GB Serial ATA @ 5400 rpm
Optical Drive Superdrive 6x
any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm struggling.
thanks
