And a few comments from me about each point in the open letter.
1. No flash on iOS is a good idea. So what he said is wrong.
2. Untruths.
3. Another untruth if you consider 20/20 vision and not 100% perfect godlike vision.
4. Untruth. You can get itunes for your PC. And that is a Non-Apple device.
5. Untruth. Apple did everything right. AT&T were the goombas who screwed up badly.
6. Truth. And a good idea. No one invites the competition to steal their business. And Apple surely will not be the first one to do so.
7. Truth. But the law was broken. And the person had to be prosecuted. Simple.
