I've noticed recently that when I plug the power adapter in, the "Not Charging" message appears briefly for about a second and then resumes charging as usual. I was wondering if anyone else has this issue and whether this was normal and is nothing to worry about. I've tried the SMC reset which does nothing. I've noticed that after 95% battery life it does stop doing this, but less than 95% it continues with the issue.

Any help would be of use, thanks.

Same here, guess it's only the charge controller checking the battery before beginning to charge it.

yeah, me too, I'm assuming it's just normal, as the charging always kicks in a second or two later.
