Battery not charging after updates

I just did the security and itunes updates today and now my battery icon is stuck at 95% and says its not charging. What would cause that?

How can I fix this problem?

I have an iBook G4 the instructions are for intel based Macs.

Now my battery is saying 99% a finishing charging, but its been on that for ten minutes or more.

I tried the instruction on the iBook and after start up the battery went to 100%, so I looks like it works on five year old iBooks as well :)
